What to do...

1. Figure out what you want to do. Camp? Cabin? Beer?
2. Email me your intentions.
   Give me a head count, camping or cabin plans, and whether you're intending to have
   beer. Also let me know if you wish to have a vegetarian meal.
3. Calculate what it'll cost. The cost break down :
   $14.00 per person for the meal and non-alcoholic drinks,
   $12.36 per person for two nights camping, if applicable,
   $10.00 per person for beer.
   That comes to $26.36 for camping, no beer, $36.36 for camping & beer.
   

   Cabin accomodations are handled and paid by the person for whom the cabin is held.
   Cabin occupants should send $14.00 for dinner, $24.00 for dinner and beer. The
   folks who've paid the deposits will need to send in the additional funds for the cabins.

4. Print and fill out a copy of the waiver shown below.
5. Send the waiver and a check for the appropriate amount to:

The following is a release and Indemnity -
Please read it before submitting your registration.

I hereby give up all my rights to sue or make any claim for damages due to
negligence or any other reason whatsoever against Josh Fielek, KOA,
and all other persons, participants or organizations conducting or
connected with this event for injury to property or person I may suffer,
including crippling injury or death, while participating in the event and
while on event premises.

I know the risks of danger to myself and my property while preparing for
and participating in the event and while on event premises and, relying on
my own judgement and ability, assume all such risks of loss and hereby
agree to reimburse all costs to those persons or organizations connected
with this event for damages incurred as a result of my negligence.
